Tour Packages

Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges are calculated from the date of tour departure:

  • 45+ days before departure: 10% of total package cost
  • 30-44 days before departure: 25% of total package cost
  • 15-29 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
  • 7-14 days before departure: 75% of total package cost
  • Less than 7 days: 100% of total package cost (no refund)
  • No-show: 100% of total package cost (no refund)

Modification of Bookings

Date changes and itinerary modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Modification requests must be made at least 15 days before departure.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Submit a written cancellation request to info@crossmaptravels.com
  2. Include your booking reference number and reason for cancellation
  3. Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
  4. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Note: Bank charges and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.

Special Circumstances

In case of cancellation due to:

  • Natural disasters or force majeure: Refund terms will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
  • Medical emergencies: Supporting documentation required; partial refund may be offered
  • Cancellation by CrossMap Tours and Travels: Full refund of all paid amounts
