Booking and Payment Terms

Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and written confirmation from CrossMap Visa Consultants LLP.

Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. Once a booking is confirmed and paid for, the price will not change.

Tour Packages

Itinerary Changes: We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, political situations, or operational requirements.

Participant Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves appropriately during tours. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed disruptive.

Liability Limitations

CrossMap Visa Consultants LLP acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, airlines, tour operators). We are not liable for:

• Delays, cancellations, or changes by airlines, hotels, or tour operators
• Loss, damage, or theft of personal property
• Personal injury or illness during travel
• Force majeure events beyond our control
